- age between 14 and 22 years incomplete;
- family income of up to one national minimum wage per capita;
- enrolled in the public school network or in private schools, as long as they are scholarship holders, with good performance and regular attendance at school, if they have not completed high school.
- attending at least the first year of high school, if not completed high school. If you have completed high school, you cannot be studying or have completed higher education.
