For the employer, the rule determines the following issues:
- The Young Apprentice contract, under the CLT model, is mandatory in all medium and large companies, comprising between 5 and 15% employees;
- The company is obliged to employ and enroll apprentices in National Apprenticeship Services courses;
- It is necessary to pay the salary, transport voucher and collect the FGTS (2% on the salary);
- The maximum term of the contract of 2 years must be respected.
